Xiao Ru Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in March 2021 and is located in Xingtai City, Hebei Province — a national-level new industrial city and an ancient capital with a history of five dynasties. To further develop the new energy mobility vehicle industry, the company has built a professional production cluster in Xingtai since July 2021. Three standardized production bases have been established successively for electric bicycles, electric motorcycles and children’s vehicles, covering a total construction area of 150,000 square meters. Our core product lineup includes national standard electric bicycles, compliant electric motorcycles, tricycles, fuel-to-electricity converted vehicles, baby strollers, baby dining chairs, kids' balance bikes and other full-range models. We are capable of independent mould development, product research, technological upgrading and mass production, meeting demands for standardized mass production and customized orders.

Equipped with advanced domestic automated production and testing equipment, we leverage the complete industrial chain advantages of Mimilù Group. Our in-house stamping and electrophoresis workshops enable independent production of core components, which helps strictly control product quality, ensure on-time delivery and cut production costs. We have fully integrated high-quality supply chain resources from major electric vehicle industrial clusters across China including Tianjin, Guangdong, Wuxi, Taizhou, Shandong and Feng County. Thanks to strong centralized procurement capabilities, our vehicles feature outstanding cost performance and market competitiveness.

We have built a sound talent team, consisting of 300 skilled front-line workers and 50 experienced management and technical personnel. A professional, mature and efficient team covering R&D, production, sales and after-sales service ensures standardized, efficient and international enterprise operation. Our main children’s products cover baby strollers, baby dining chairs, kids' balance bikes and more. Our brand Mimilù has obtained multiple national CCC certifications, ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification and special export certifications for Chinese children’s toys. With complete qualifications and reliable quality, our children’s products are sold well to South America, Southeast Asia and other regions worldwide, fostering mature overseas sales channels and abundant foreign trade experience.
